Maybe it is a coincidence, perhaps it is something I created, perhaps a bit of both, but I have decided to double down on mindfulness and gratitude in February.
I love to share with people that a few years ago, I read The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, and it changed my entire life. Since then, I have read more and more books in mindfulness, manifestation, and meditation, compiling all my game-changing ideas and finding speaking opportunities to share them.
In Feb, so far, I have created two, and I am super excited. Both are with new groups of people, but one group is young girls ages 12-14, which makes me so happy as all the ideas I have captured and implemented I wish I had known when I was younger.
As you may recall from a blog I posted in the fall, I started a 365-day project writing what I have accomplished each day, and sometimes, my accomplishments include some gratitude. Still, I want to take that mindset to the next level this month, which is why I am going to write down what I am grateful for each day in Feb. (I highly recommend this idea. It is so powerful to acknowledge your accomplishments each day! I can’t wait until I have a full year’s worth!)
If you are interested, head over to our website and sign up for our email list and I will send you a link so you can download and print your cards. Write down what you are grateful for and create a stack of 29 or more or share one each day with your loved one’s family and friends. I like the idea of sharing these cards, because who wouldn’t love to receive one?
